The location was excellent it was close to food and entertainment. It was also a short ride to other activities for excursions and the beach.

The desk staff were extremely helpful. We wanted authentic Puerto Rican food, and the recommended restaurant was perfect. The shuttle to/from Old San Juan was appreciated. We were able to check in early as requested because we arrived from a cruise and had to checkout early because of a middle of the night flight.

Staff is very attentive, they went above and beyond with the breakfast rush in a busy saturday morning. The check-in process I found it efficient and quicker than bigger hotels. Nothing to complain about the room and actually was really comfortable. Although my stay was one night, It was very pleasant and I would recommend for short stays. Pool Area is nice and kind of family oriented. It's a good option if you're looking for a place in San Juan to stay that is near Old San Juan and you can find entertainment at the District Area just crossing the street. Also the shuttle service is a very convenient plus.

Free breakfast was great - good selection of food options! Hotel staff were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Hotel also provided free shuttle service to Old San Juan, which was a nice surprise.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, demonstrating remarkable helpfulness and attentiveness throughout our stay. Despite our early arrival, they graciously stored our luggage and offered breakfast while preparing a room for us promptly, though we had to decline as we had a pre-arranged tour. The facilities were well-maintained and impressive, including a swimming pool with a children’s play area and a bar, though we didn’t personally use them. Breakfast was good, offering a buffet selection of bacon, eggs, toast, fruits, and pastries.

I stayed for 4 days with my 2 sons. The property is update and very nice. The lobby is very modern and clean. I don’t like the rugs in the hallways where the rooms are. It smelled musty.

It’s extremely close to the convention center (walking distance) and has restaurants nearby. I loved the food and the parking was great. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The dining area is pretty big and they always have snacks and drinks available. The breakfast area is also very nice, they have a variety of food options and drinks too. Very family friendly. Also they have free transportation to 4 key locations in San Juan.

The hotel is so pretty so clean near to everything easy access Walking distance to restaurants and activities I really like the pool for the kids they enjoy The food was delicious the breakfast very nice The service was excellent The girls and the guys in the front desk they were very nice very helpful Me and my family really enjoy our stay we will come back again definitely and thank you for everything
