Hyatt Place San Juan

The desk staff were extremely helpful. We wanted authentic Puerto Rican food, and the recommended restaurant was perfect. The shuttle to/from Old San Juan was appreciated. We were able to check in early as requested because we arrived from a cruise and had to checkout early because of a middle of the night flight.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, demonstrating remarkable helpfulness and attentiveness throughout our stay. Despite our early arrival, they graciously stored our luggage and offered breakfast while preparing a room for us promptly, though we had to decline as we had a pre-arranged tour. The facilities were well-maintained and impressive, including a swimming pool with a children’s play area and a bar, though we didn’t personally use them. Breakfast was good, offering a buffet selection of bacon, eggs, toast, fruits, and pastries.

It’s extremely close to the convention center (walking distance) and has restaurants nearby. I loved the food and the parking was great. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The dining area is pretty big and they always have snacks and drinks available. The breakfast area is also very nice, they have a variety of food options and drinks too. Very family friendly. Also they have free transportation to 4 key locations in San Juan.

The hotel is so pretty so clean near to everything easy access Walking distance to restaurants and activities I really like the pool for the kids they enjoy The food was delicious the breakfast very nice The service was excellent The girls and the guys in the front desk they were very nice very helpful Me and my family really enjoy our stay we will come back again definitely and thank you for everything
